Our Year in Review : 2020

Our Year in Review : 2020

In the final hours of 2020, a year that’s been completely different to the one any of us had originally foreseen, we’re reminiscing with our regular yearly round-up, whilst looking firmly ahead to the New Year. This year we’ve seen some incredible interior projects feature our products all over the world, not to mention launching new additions to two of our best-selling collections and an award win. Without further ado, here’s our year in review...

New launches

Despite our factory closing for a period of time due to a national lockdown, we’re delighted to have successfully launched new additions to two of our best-selling collections, MIX and Crossways. We listen closely to our customer needs and so the extension of these ranges came as a direct result to feedback, something we’ll continue to take onboard each and every year.

The Lookbook

In our mission to bring you the latest interior inspiration, this year we are delighted to have created our very first seasonal lookbook for Autumn Winter 20. Brimming with our latest collections and current styling ideas, we produced both print and digital versions to make our lookbook as accessible as possible. We’re already planning for our Spring Summer 21 edition so keep your eyes peeled for this in the coming months.

Award wins

In October, we were thrilled to discover that we had won an award in the SBID Product Design Awards 2020 for our MIX collection in the Ironmongery and Metalwork category. With industry talent hailing from 49 countries and the awards purely based on merit, this was a wonderful accolade for us showcasing one of our most popular collections.

Projects we love

We’re always in awe of the incredible interior projects that feature our products and this year has been no exception with Armac Martin showcased all over the world from Australia to America and here in our home country. One of our favourites of the year belongs to our friends over at Studio McGee who completely renovated their family kitchen, adorning their cabinetry with pieces from our Cotswold, Washwood and Questlett collections. Here’s to 2021

Like many, we are ready to wave goodbye to this year and welcome 2021 with hopeful open arms. At Armac Martin, we already have lots of exciting things planned including launching two brand new product lines in the early part of the year - one of which is in collaboration with one of our favourite interior designers, who you may have spotted in The Journal before.

As always, we’ll be committed to producing the finest luxury solid brass hardware alongside delivering an abundance of interior inspiration and more. If you’re already planning new projects for the New Year, follow us over on Pinterest and Instagram for beautiful interior ideas.
