Design Shanghai: Post-Show Review
Armac Martin has continued to expand its global distribution network to China, having exhibited at leading international design event, Design Shanghai, earlier this month.
The event at the renowned Shanghai Exhibition Centre showcased the must-see brands from across the globe to the ever-growing interior design community.
Attracting over 10,000 delegates, the event was split across six sections – Contemporary, Collectables, Kitchen & Bathroom, Workplace, New Materials & Applications and Classic & Luxury – where Armac Martin showcased over 30 of its hardware collections.
Included in this was the interchangeable MIX collection, created and launched earlier this month to celebrate the firm’s 90th year in business.
Throughout the three-day event, the luxury hardware brand was well-received by stakeholders from across the globe, having already formed some positive relationships with Chinese distributors.
Commercial Director, Richard McGrail, said: “Design Shanghai provided Armac Martin with the perfect platform to establish new business relations with top architects, interior designers, property developers, retailers and private buyers from across the world, through which we are hopeful to officially break into Chinese markets.”
